A detailed 60-minute home assessment to help you understand what is causing your pain, injury or movement problem, and what to do next. We’ll talk through your symptoms, assess how you move, identify the most likely contributing factors, and build a practical rehab plan you can start straight away. This may include advice, education, exercise rehabilitation, load management, return-to-activity guidance, and clear next steps for recovery.
